Moves Fitness Classes are held at Bay House School, Monday and Wednesday
& HEDCA on Tuesdays & Sundays and Crofton School Wednesdays. Moves Fitness is for anyone at any fitness level
as all the routines can be adapted to your own level. You may want
to bring a water bottle, a towel/an exercise mat and a set of weights
if you have them. See you soon!
